The Waterfront is set in a converted red-brick Steamship passenger waiting room. It's a lively restaurant, full of dark-wood character and movement, yet it manages to be the kind of place in which you can unwind as everything happens around you. There's a pontoon outside which is opened for summer dining and affords splendid views of the docks. Savor the marine flavors of a primarily fishy menu or plump for a rump or sirloin steak.
