The restaurant is named after its young entrepreneur chef, Martin Wishart, and his painstaking efforts are evident in the food preparations as well as presentation. You may dine alfresco facing the beautiful Scottish countryside, or within the cream and white environs, which exude elegance. All the ingredients used are fresh and at times organic. Five and three course menus are on offer with polite and efficient service. What is more, Wishart has revolutionized the concept of catering - it is not just about delivering the food, but about a whole package, which includes a special entourage that cooks the party food in your home and supplies the necessary cutlery, table cloth, napkins et al!
