This is a vegetarian place with a relaxed atmosphere and modestly priced dishes. The Cornerstone cafe has won awards for child-friendliness and excellent service. The food on offer here is a delicious range of home-baked cakes, fresh salads, quiches and the like. Situated next to St John's church, it is literally just around the corner from Princes Street and is a buzzing place during the Festival. There is no smoking allowed and they don't accept credit cards.
