On average, over 3.5 million people come through the gates annually. The park primarily consists of three main components: the Skyreach Centre (a multi-sport spectator facility), Northlands Agricom (one of the largest exhibition centres in Canada), and the Spectrum (a top horse-racing stadium). Northlands Park plays host to three top annual Edmonton events: Farmfair International, Canadian Finals Rodeo, and Edmonton's Klondike Days Exposition.
