Take a flight of stairs up to a bright, spacious hangout known as The Thirsty Turtle. A table by the front window or on the balcony will afford you a view of bustling Whyte Avenue, making this a popular spot to people-watch. Since the place used to house a Greek restaurant, you will be able to find some Greek dishes among the pub grub, such as Chicken Souvlaki or hummus.
