Think of it as homemade sausage with cinnamon and garlic, cooked up in its own special pot and served with lentils. To learn how to cook your own, take a class with Scuola Leonardo da Vinci. Classes start every two weeks and run two to four weeks in duration. Other topics include business, Italian language, art and culture and fashion and design.
