A meal here doesn't come particularly cheap but it is worth shelling out that little extra. It is relaxed and welcoming but very distinguished. The bird's nest dishes are actually constructed from shredded, deep fried yam, and filled with Cantonese specialties. The banquet option is fairly affordable and includes beautifully prepared squid, lobster, king prawns and scallops.
