This unique Thai dish features very spicy meat or seafood and raw salad leaves; all of its varieties are available here for a very modest fee. Hidden away from the bustle of the city centre and west end, Thai Siam has a truly relaxed atmosphere, perpetuated in no small way by welcoming and accommodating staff. If you get bored waiting for the food to arrive, have a look at the big gilt Buddha sitting in the dining room.
