Located in the West End area, next to Charing Cross, Mitchell’s is a petit bistro pleasing locals and visitors for a while now. Though it does not offer anything atypical, the warm staff members and the modest prices lure patrons to return. The pub grub available is British and Scottish, and the sparkles are in abundance.
