Although it's owned by the people responsible for La Parmigiana, a rather classier affair in the west end, the decor here is bright and cheerful, fast food-style more than haute cuisine. A relaxed and informal atmosphere attracts shoppers, families and students. Quite simply, this is one of the best places in Glasgow to eat pizza. Bases and toppings are excellent and authentically prepared from fresh ingredients. There is also a good choice of interesting and satisfying pasta dishes, which proves that the chef's imagination stretches far further than tagliatelle carbonara and spag bol.
