WebsiteThe name is Italian for parrot, but Manna's style is very Scottish and very much contemporary. Standard duck is brought up to date with an accompaniment of apricots, cinnamon and port. This dish, along with others like a tasty salmon and leek tartlet, features regularly on a menu that changes every six weeks. Prices aren't the lowest but the pre-theatre menu is more than reasonable. Especially popular with business travelers, this restaurant is always bustling and for good reason - the food really shines.
