The current tenant is American giant Starbucks, catering for a steady stream of shoppers dying for a cuppa and a rest on the bright, comfy sofas. As well as a huge range of gourmet coffees and other hot drinks, Starbucks offers tasty snacks, from flaky pastry delights to hot Italian-style panini. It's quite expensive but for coffee of this quality in such stylish, cosy surroundings, it's good value. The glass frontage provides a fascinating view of bustling Sauchiehall Street if you like to people-watch.
