It's not just hotel guests who are welcome here - this truly unique restaurant and piano bar draws in regulars and west end shoppers. Despite the impressive internal decor, value for money is good - there's a range of special offers on at various times of the day. While the quality of service is as high as you might expect from the Hilton, there's also a variety of menus available to satisfy the most fussy of palettes. The American-style steak and grill menu is perhaps their most popular but the international dinner menu will tempt you with authentic Mediterranean dishes. However, if you prefer, the a la carte menu offers more traditionally Scottish fare like guineafowl and haggis.
