This restaurant is located in well-known Guayadeque Gorge, one of the most historic places on the island, as it was once an important pre-Hispanic aboriginal settlement. The decoration is very unique, given that it is an establishment formed by various inter-connecting caves carved out of the rock, creating both a refreshing and intimate atmosphere. The tables and benches are made of stone, and the restaurant is divided into areas for groups of up to 12 people. The specialty is typical Canarian cuisine, such as stews and papas arrugadas (potatoes with spicy mojo sauce). The grilled meats are also noteworthy, such as the veal chop or the entrecot. The restaurant is open all year long.
