The bedrooms are spacious, fully equipped and luxuriously decorated. It's an expensive hotel used often by business travellers and large tour groups. The staff are multilingual, friendly and welcoming, but it's sheer size makes it feel a little impersonal. However, it's especially ideal for those visiting the neighbouring Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Conference and Exhibition Hall).
