It is well worth stopping here for a quick refreshment before climbing the hill to visit the Alhambra. You'll be served a tasty tapa or you can choose from a wide variety of sandwiches and pastries. The specialities of the house are cured mountain hams and other cold meats. In fact, the owners are so keen on ham that they have dedicated one whole wall of the little bar to a mosaic depicting cured ham. This is a simple, honest, down-to-earth sort of place.
