This event held weekly on Wednesdays is a great way to experience the local cuisine and culture. This is the Bahamas' famous Fish Fry - a taste of Bahamian "backyard dining." Here you can watch fresh catches being fried in a local style, along with other specialties unique to the islands. This is the place to try conch prepared in a salad, as a burger or as fritters. Be sure to try the potato bread and freshly made salads.
