This event is held during Easter weekend at Pelican Point in East Grand Bahama. The celebrations kick off with the traditional Fish Fry, after which it is time for the Gospel Jamboree. Arts, crafts, dancing and music follow soon after the opening-day celebrations. The contests are coconut-themed, with participants aplenty—in the "Coconut Barking" contest, for instance, you have to pull the bark off the shell as soon as you can. Don't miss out on all the fun!
