WebsiteWithin the Kaibab National Forest, three prehistoric sites give visitors a glimpse into the high country's native peoples, their cultures, communications and forms of expression. Clover Ruin, at the Williams District Ranger Station, is thought to be the Cohonina people's seasonal hunting camp, dating back to about 900 A.D. At Keyhole Sink Canyon, eight miles east of Williams, petroglyphs depict animals and hunting symbols that chronicle early human activity in the area. Park entry fees may be charged.
