WebsiteLocated in Grand Canyon Village, Mather Campground offers mostly wooded campsites for the camp enthusiast. It is perfect for the visitor who is not seeking full hookups. Two vehicles are allowed on each site, or three tents. This picturesque local camping spot is within walking distance from the Visitor Center, general store, and Mathers Amphitheater. There are 320 tent and RV sites. The campground is open April 1 through November 30; USD18 per night. From December 1 through March, no reservations are taken; it is first come, first serve.
