If on a Friday evening you suddenly develop a craving for some homemade food and yet the fridge only holds a great void, what do you do? Shopping after hours remains a rare scenario in Austria with its strict closing laws. Deli Laufke is an exception. When all other places have closed, this one just gets going. The selection is good, if slightly more expensive but fair enough taking into account its hours of opening. The restaurant also does hot meals for the indecisive and those who prefer to have their food cooked for them.
