'They must do something different with the dough' an unhappy Pizza-lover once said, 'it tastes so different'. Not true—the dough used in the 'Catharina' (the restaurant is named after the owner's daughter) simply tastes different from that traditionally used in Pizza restaurants. It would be a challenge to paint this difference in words but the Pizza is excellent without doubt. Guests are offered a choice of size, from very small to enormous and they are all available to take-away. Anything goes as far as toppings are concerned so why not be creative?
