EmailDuring the last couple of years it has seemed as if Graz's music scene had received its final blow. Apart from the occasional event here and there, not much was going on and this seemed final. The association Verein Freie Musikszene has been attempting to resuscitate the scene since March 2000. Thanks to them, a whole host of venues have been treated to live music performances free of charge. This has injected help by generating larger audiences for the bands, larger crowds for the venues (the Miles, Kulisse and Moxx among others) and keeping the audience happy by staging great live music for free.
