Located in the historic center of Guatemala City, this traditional restaurant has specialized in genuine Guatemalan dishes for decades. It has a simple and cozy atmosphere, enlivened by the sound of traditional Guatemalan marimba music. Among its specialties, for which it has been awarded many gastronomy prizes, are the genuine Kak-ick from Coban, tortoise soup, the tepescuintle and the deer (species which are unfortunately almost extinct). During special occasions, it also offers a wide range of the traditional boquitas.
