Whatever is on stage, it's a jolly place; the wait staff are actors and are always ready with a quip or joke to enliven your evening. The menu changes with the season but offers four basics: Homemade bread; fresh soup or salad with the house dressing; a hearty entree accompanied by fresh vegetables; dessert with tea or coffee.
