EmailThe Tonwerk used to be called ZILLO, which is also the name of an independent music magazine. On its flyers, it refers to itself as a "meeting place" and this is certainly true at the weekend, when the place fills up with young party people. The music ranges from indie to golden oldies, and this was one of the first establishments in town to have Kurt Cobain memorial nights. They prove very popular, perhaps because it "smells like teen spirit".
