Here you can truly stop and smell the roses. A trek through the trails of Sandy's Parish leads to Lagoon Park. This is one of the first places you will pass after crossing Cut Bridge to Ireland Island. Walking trails are found in numerous directions throughout the park. Points of interest include ducks frolicking and other aviary creatures basking in the day's sun. There are also clearings were you can enjoy a picnic lunch. Tables are found throughout the area. Admission is free.
