Large glass windows let in sunlight during the day and chandeliers light the blue and yellow dining room in the evening. The wooden ceiling beams and the Atlantic Ocean views provide guests with great visual stimuli. Meals are prepared and presented in a formal fashion. The diverse menu, created by Chef Stefan Weser, draws on a wide array of culinary traditions. A mango chutney may be used on chicken, or the fish could be pan-fried in a spicy ginger concoction. The wine list is extensive. Jackets and ties are required. Dinner is considerably more expensive.
