WebsiteThis festival of cabaret, music, theater and light is one of northern Germany's most popular events. The festival takes place in mid to late July in Große Garten Herrenhausen, an idyllic park with fountains, tree-lined avenues and statues. The park is dotted with 30 stages where pantomime artists, musicians, comedians and cabaret artists perform for over four hours. The spectacle concludes with a huge firework display accompanied by baroque music and a laser show. It is recommended to book tickets well in advance.
