EmailWith the Expo-Cafe and the American Restaurant Opus 1, the Hanover branch is rather uncharacteristic for the area. But a very special treat for health fans is the vegetarian restaurant Grabel. The name is a pun, which means greenhorn but also refers to a bird's mouth. Fresh salads and freshly pressed juice provide you with your daily supply of vitamins, a buffet offers a good choice of dishes, weighed for the price during the day and charged at EUR 18 for all you can eat in the evening. Recommendations are the Thai or Indian dishes that contain, so the chef swears, absolutely no animal fat. During summer the outdoor seats are highly frequented, and the service is (almost) always friendly.
