For over 50 years the "Roma" has been the most stylish and most exclusive Italian restaurant in Hanover. Connoisseurs call it "Schröeder's living room" and this description makes clear that - more than any other restaurant - the "Roma" is frequented by people of prominence: former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder is a regular guest when he is in Hanover. The specialty is lamb carree. You'll find select wines, almost exclusively Italian. A good tip: do not eat a la carte here! Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.
