Website | EmailThe Bad (which isn't bad at all- it is the German word for swimming baths) is located in an ideal spot, somewhat hidden behind the Herrenhäuser Gardens. In former times it was a bath house, but for over two decades now it has been one of the most popular disco and concert clubs in Hanover. The pool is dry now (most of the time) and great open air concerts take place in it during summer. The old house has been renovated quite a bit in the past few years and is great meeting place for music fans. At any given time, you might hear Pop, Rock, Independent or House music here. The Bad also guarantees a diverse, high-quality live program. Non-locals may find this place nearly impossible to locate. Tip: take transport to the "Herrenhäuser Gardens" and wait for the Bad's own transport to pick you up there - the ride is free.
