Website | EmailOnce a YMCA camp, now a cozy, comfortable mountaintop inn, this place is more like a ski lodge than a Hawaiian hotel. Rooms are snug and friendly, with towel warmers, fireplaces and other homey little touches. The common area is comfortable and intimate. The hotel is near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, the state's most popular attraction. The proprietors are a husband and wife duo, Lorna and Albert Jeyte. Albert is also the chef in the onsite restaurant.
