Carved apples, dehydrated to give an aged appearance, are sold in male and female pairs in the shop. They are quite clever and make a unique gift or souvenir. The model villages are also born of imagination with a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside complete with houses, blacksmith's shop, castle, and churches with ringing bells, all rendered in miniature. The second village features "real" buildings from around the world. The captivating model of Australia's oldest Catholic Church has bells, hymn singing and organ music emanating from its interior.
