Home of hockey in southern Tasmania, this centre offers excellent playing conditions on three fields. Although mostly used for domestic games, the Astroturf pitches and night lighting ensure that interstate, and occasionally international games, can be played here. A kiosk and a bar see to the refreshment needs of spectators. Seating is not under cover, so it is usually necessary for spectators to rug up well. Admission: A small charge applies for some matches.
