Website | EmailClimb aboard a fully restored locomotive and travel along the only original narrow gauge bush tramway still in use in Tasmania. Running for seven kilometres through bush land from Lune River to the shores of Ida Bay, the line passes the remains of historic towns, then proceeds along the pretty shores of the Lune River estuary to terminate at the secluded swimming beach Deep Hole Bay, which is only accessible by rail. Enjoy the beach, have a picnic or try one of the marked walking tracks.
