Fabian's European training under a master chef is clearly evident in the menu choices, perfectly prepared dishes and small complimentary touches. Fine linens, crystal and candle light will further delight your senses. A possible choice of duck terrine, followed by the prosciutto wrapped eye fillet on potato and mushroom galette and a sweet of soft centred Valrohna chocolate pudding will complete a beautiful culinary experience.
