Website | EmailHoused in what used to be an historic boot makers shop, this venue is welcoming and cozy. Lisa Thorsen, the owner/chef, comes to Hobart from Canada, with a stop over in Asia as well as California, at Berkeley’s Chez Panisse. She brought with her lots of innovative ideas for absolutely fresh organic produce seasonally and locally acquired. Drop in for brunch on the weekend or lunch and dinner seven days a week. A very large and well-chosen wine list accompanies the unique menu selections with items such as Bok’s Bacon Wrapped Local White Fish With Bruny Island Oyster. You won't have to travel far because just a ten-minute walk from Hobart central will bring you to the door. -Janice Barton
