Silver service is attentive without being obtrusive. The menu changes to reflect the seasons, so in summer expect to enjoy berry concoctions in the dessert menu and in winter, hearty fare such as the roulade of free range chicken filled with brandy soaked apricots, wrapped in filo pastry.
