Website | EmailThis interesting restaurant has been in the same hands for 15 years. Named after a former convict, there is now no hint of any notorious past. Sandstone walls serve to display local art and the décor offers a cosy, traditional ambience. Tasmanian produce is used, and dishes are cooked to order so do not expect fast food. It is worth the wait, however, with the salmon being exceptionally good. If you enjoy your meal, you can compliment the chef personally, for he will also be your waiter.
