This venue is known for serving the freshest Tasmanian fare, which could be Bruny Island Oysters served to your liking, grilled salmon with a scallop and prawn sauce, grilled Rannoch Quail with red wine and garlic jus, or possibly the Thai Style Huon Valley mushrooms. The tasty range of desserts available include a generous serve of the local Tasmanian Double Cream. You may choose to accompany your meal with a reasonably priced Tasmanian wine, which can be purchased to take away.
