Located on the Harrington Street hill, this little cottage has been serving Indian food in Hobart for some time now. The Georgian cottage has been cleverly transformed into a true touch of the Raj. As the name suggests, Tandoor cuisine, complete with the traditional oven, is the speciality. The Maharajah special banquet is the ideal way to sample all the delights. The a la carte menu allows a selection of curry heat—from mild to full flavoured. Most dishes are around AUD12. The restaurant is fully licensed.
