The signature dish includes one of the best melt in your mouth eye fillets in Hobart, accompanied by a luscious pepper sauce, stir fried crisp greens and chateau potatoes. If you'd like to be a little more adventurous, try the chocolate chili pork on grilled polenta with orange riata. There is a different apprentice special daily that is well worth sampling. Considering the exceptionally high standard of this restaurant, prices are very reasonable. With perfect food presentation, a friendly and helpful staff, lovely décor, an excellent cocktail and wine list, you won’t want to miss a chance to enjoy an evening here.
