Dukkah is the place to go for brunch in Hobart. Cranberry colored walls, hardwood flooring, black tables, and chairs with window seats give a sophisticated ambience to this very popular cafe. It is a favorite with the "suit" set who may call in for breakfast to start the day or join friends and associates for lunch to enjoy innovative choices. This is not a liquor-licensed venue. However, there is a nice choice of drinks and the hot chocolate is to die for. The glass it comes in is pre-coated with white and dark chocolate which infuses into the liquid as you drink. Dukkah is only one half block directly up the street from the Elizabeth Mall in central Hobart. -Janice Barton
