The last passenger train in Tasmania forms the basis of a recreational shopping and tourist development. Originally used on the Tasman Railway and complete with carriages and a curved platform roof, the train buffet car offers morning and afternoon teas, lunches and serious coffee plus fresh pancakes. The carriages now play host to various activities including quality second-hand books in On The Track Book Exchange, local honey and bric-a-brac. Nearby a large shed houses antique and vintage furniture and a fascinating second-hand store called The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. A small outdoor market operates on Sunday.
