Website | EmailLegend has it that back in the mists of time, a princess lost her way fleeing from a court rebellion and ended up in Kam Tin. Concealing her identity, she married a commoner from the local Tang clan and gave birth to four sons. Years later, one of the sons, Tang Chung-Ling, left crowded Kam Tin and set up home in the Lung Yeuk Tau area. The ancestral hall, dating back to the 1500s, traces this man's family history through the centuries. Worth looking for is the princess' soul tablet, engraved with a dragon to signify her royal status.
