Seafood is flown in from all over the world, including oysters and Maine lobsters, which are served sautéed with black beans and fine noodles, gratined with cheese or thermidor-style. The restaurant also has a sushi bar, which specializes in the freshest Japanese morsels. Although among the priciest restaurants in town, a visit to Yu is thoroughly worth every dollar spent.
