Website | EmailThe Fischerhäusl is located in the north wing of the Hofburg, hidden behind graceful medieval walls. It is just steps to the River Inn, and the building served as a place of work for the imperial fishermen. Today, it is a respected restaurant with one of the city's most attractive gardens at which you can hear the ringing of the bells from the neighboring cathedral on weekends. In addition to the regular specials, the Fischerhäusl does Ribs with Garlic Bread and Salad or Beiried (roast beef) with Baked Potato. Alongside the six different carafes of red and white wine, there are also a number of wines of international origin, and an outstanding mulled wine is responsible for pulling in the crowds to the guest garden during the winter months.
