The building itself is more than 100 years old and the surrounding district has many different faces; there's quite a romantic ambiance due to the many beautiful old buildings, and Rapoldi Park unfolds directly opposite the hotel. The Leipzigerhof sells itself as a park hotel and it lives up to it by running its café right in the park. The bright, comfy rooms are arranged tastefully; some have balconies and bay windows. The restaurant is called Defreggerstube and features comfortable, upholstered bench seats, paneled walls and a coffered ceiling.
