Whilst the latter has a rather pleasant baroque theme defined by luxury, the Sporthotel is representative of the more modern, energetic opulence. There are some elements of rustic design (such as the gigantic chequered upholstery), but the main emphasis lies on unostentatious, light-drenched but warmly toned rooms. The hotel's own indoor pool boasts a panoramic glass front, which treats guests to a wonderful view, particularly in winter. Naturally, the sports facilities do not end here; there is always a goods range of set deals and packages for sports holidays, often in collaboration with mountain guides, ski schools, the new golf club or Igls riding arena. The hotel owns a wellness and beauty farm.
